This is a hybrid meeting and participation is free.

Tentative schedule for the day:

·       7:45 am – Breakfast for in-person participants

·       8:15-9:30 am – Virtual poster session (breakfast continuing) – Do you have a poster to share? Topics can include graduate education, teaching methods, curriculum innovations, technology, SoTL, student mental health, course design, and coordination. To submit, email Dr. Peggy Root and Ryan Rupprecht with: 1) PDF Poster (e.g., infographic or traditional format), and 2) Word/PDF highlighting purpose, key findings, and conclusions. The poster submission deadline is May 2, 2025.

·       9:30-9:45 am – Break

·       9:45-10:45 am – Keynote address – Leading Curriculum Change: Pearls and Pitfalls –  Dr. Jason Frank, medical educator and leading expert in Competency-Based Medical Education will present virtually (Zoom and in-person in Room 135 AS/VM)

·       10:45-11:15 am – Teaching awards (Zoom and in-person in Room 135 AS/VM)

·       11:15-11:45 am – Lunch (AS/VM atrium)

·       11:45 am – 12:15 pm – Plenary address – Changes to digital accessibility regulations – Ms. Jenna Carlson and Mr. Ryan Rupprecht (Zoom and in-person in Room 135 AS/VM)

·       12:15-12:30 pm – Break

·       12:30-3:00 pm – Knowledge Exchange Sessions – in-person only
